Expert Tuition at Fox & Goose, Washwood Heath

Based in Unit 20 at the Fox & Goose Shopping Centre (B8), our original tuition centre serves families across Washwood Heath, Stechford, Hodge Hill, Saltley, Alum Rock, Bromford and east Birmingham. We offer structured, personalised tutoring from Year 1 right through to A-Level, with a track record of measurable grade improvement — including 100% of our SATs students reaching expected standard (many at Greater Depth) and GCSE students moving from grade 3 to 6, and grade 5 to 8/9.

Programmes at our Fox & Goose centre

• Primary & SATs (Y1–Y6): small-group English, Maths and Science that builds strong foundations and a genuine enjoyment of learning.
• 11+ & Year 7–8: dedicated 11+ preparation covering Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, plus KS3 support to keep students ahead before GCSE.
• GCSE (Y9–Y11): our flagship programme — awarded Best GCSE School Tutoring Service 2026 – Birmingham. Full syllabus coverage in Maths, English and Science, followed by intensive past-paper practice, time-management training and targeted revision of weak areas.
• A-Level: Chemistry taught by Dr. Sammer Ul Hassan (PhD, MRSC), with one-to-one options in other science and maths subjects.

Why parents choose us

Every place begins with a free, no-obligation assessment and consultation. We then set an individual learning plan, with regular progress reports so you always know how your child is doing. Lessons run in calm, supportive small groups (two hours per session) or as one-to-one tuition, and we support SEND learners. Pricing is published upfront — from £16.50/week on long-term plans — with sibling discounts and instalments available. As a member of The Tutors’ Association, we follow a professional code of practice.

Conveniently located at Fox & Goose Shopping Centre with easy parking and bus links, we are open after-school on weekdays and on Saturdays. Call 07861 103611 (or 0121 274 7991) or email contact@drhassantutoring.co.uk to book your free assessment today.
