Before You Enrol
Payment Terms & Conditions
- Upfront payment is required to confirm enrolment.
- Remaining balances are paid through the agreed monthly instalments.
- The first instalment is due at the start of the first lesson.
- All payments must be completed before the end of the programme.
- 1-week and 4-week programmes are paid in full.
- 1-to-1 packages up to 10 hours are paid in full.
- 15-week programmes are paid through 3 instalments.
- 30-week programmes are paid through 5 instalments.
- Extended 1-to-1 packages are paid through 2 instalments.
- Late payments may result in tuition being suspended.
- Programmes must be completed within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise agreed.
- Fees are non-refundable once the programme has started.
- Missed lessons or early withdrawal do not qualify for a refund.
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
- Missed lessons without appropriate notice are forfeited.
- A maximum of one lesson may be rescheduled within each 4-week payment period, subject to the centre's policy.
- Discounts are valid only when the agreed payment terms are followed and are non-transferable.
- Students should attend lessons on time. Additional time will not normally be provided for lateness.
- Tuition programmes are non-transferable and sessions cannot be shared.
- The centre reserves the right to change the timetable or tutor where necessary.
- Services may be suspended where payment or other programme requirements are not met.
- Enrolment confirms acceptance of the tuition terms.
